A huge 27 X 27 ft (8.2m X 8.2m) carpeted living room features a floor to ceiling rock-faced fireplace which acts as auxiliary heat as required. The front wall is mostly glass providing a spectacular view of the lake and surrounding hills all the way to the snow-capped peaks of Mount Tweedsmuir and Mount Wells in Tweedsmuir Provincial Park. The house faces south to take full advantage of the sun's warmth during the winter months. There are double french doors leading onto the large front deck. A carpeted bench runs the length of the living room windows allowing one to sit or lay close to the windows and soak up the sun. The ceiling is vaulted with laminated beams and finished in western knotty cedar. A ceiling fan helps to control air flow in the room. Garden shed - 12 ft X 11 ft (3.4m X 3.4m) in size, there is a large work bench under a big window that overlooks the lake. Lots of storage area. Wide doors. Vinyl siding and steel roofing. There is an emergency outdoor toilet built into the back corner with a separate door.
Wood shed -This 14 ft X 9 ft (4.3m X 2.7m) building is used for drying & storing firewood. The building can also be used for storage. Wide door opening. Steel roofing and the same vinyl siding as the house.
Workshop - Originally designed for storing a boat, this 28 ft X 11 ft (8.5m X 3.4m) workshop has work benches and storage cupboards down both sides. The attic is open for storage. Vinyl siding and steel roofing. Large double doors provide easy access. A garage and utility room have been added to each side.
Garage - Attached to left side of the workshop and connected with an inner door, this 20 ft X 13 ft (6.1m X 4m) garage has folding doors, vinyl siding and steel roofing.
Utility Room - Attached to the right side of the workshop and connected with an inner door, this utility room is fully insulated with double sliding glass windows in front & back. It has an installed artificial fireplace. It's 12 ft X 12 ft (3.4m X 3.4m) in size and has vinyl siding and steel roofing.
Storage shed - A 6 ft X 6 ft (1.8m X 1.8m) fully insulated shed. Orginally built for a spoiled dog, It has a pet door as well as a regular walk-in door as there is a 6 ft (1.8m) ceiling. It also has 2 double sliding windows. The building has duroid shingles and vinyl siding to match the main house.
Gazeebo - A 10 ft X 12 ft (3.0m X 3.6m) metal framed gazebo sits on a 12 ft X 12 ft (3.6m X 3.6m) treated wood deck. The gazebo is an excellent spot to spend a leisure summer day. The deck is portable but currently situated out of any wind and still has a view of the lake.
Travel trailer storage area - There is a roof structure to back a trailer under for protection. Right now it's housing a 17.5 ft Travelaire trailer but could handle longer. The building has a steel roof and some vinyl siding to match other buildings.
Garden tractor - No property is complete without a tractor. This tractor is both a riding mower and utility tractor with trailer for general yard maintenance.
